HLundy Consulting (HLC) is a small, woman-owned professional consulting firm founded in 2000. Ms. Lundy is dedicated to assisting businesses of all sizes to do business with the federal government. The company prides itself on achieving 500+ government contracts and counting.

HLundy Consulting is supported by Senior Partner, Heather Lundy. Ms. Lundy holds two Bachelor Degrees and a Masters with over 30 years experience in federal contracting. She started working with GSA Contracts in 1990, so she can use a typewriter, talk on a phone connected to the wall, and even deliver proposals in person.

Ms. Lundy coordinates and monitors all contract activities including project management, strategic guidance, pricing and discount positioning, red team reviews, and acts as the customer representative to the government during negotiations and audits.

HLundy Consulting utilizes a team of 20+ independent technical and executive business consultants who specialize in scaling and development, AI and emerging technologies, facilities management, project and program management, and technical writing for federal contracting.
